View Life Through My Lens

Welcome

My name is Tyler and you have landed on my webpage because you seek film photography to cure the itch.(Leaves changing to Fall colors at the Riparian Preserve)

Passion Driven

I can't stress enough at how enamored I am with shooting on 35mm film. Its become my favorite medium to use while shooting.(Quiet small school yard Globe, AZ)

Genuine Love

Through out my growth as a photographer I've found that I prefer to give my realest self so much so that it hinders me at times.
( Abandoned Spooky Residence Globe, AZ)

Proponent For The Moment

Living in the moment can be so glanced over at times. These instances make for the best images.(Live Show Studio Wilson PHX)

Leave No Trace

We forget how much we really impact the world around us. I wonder what ran through this ducks mind as I immortalized it forever.(Duck ruffles its feathers at The Veterans Oasis Lake Gilbert , AZ )

Capturing The Grotesque

If you can find beauty in decay it becomes easy to showcase beauty in a different capacity.( Rotting Pumpkin- Apache Junction , AZ)

Texture Is Key

Strands of fabric , can o Corn, modelo gold foil, earthy night crawlers peering at us before they are cast to their maker. The textures excite me and have my eyes dancing to and from.( Lake Accessories at The Veterans Oasis Gilbert, AZ)

Home is where you make it

For the longest time I've scoffed at where I grew up because of the connotations associated with it. What's sad is that I had probably the best childhood that really many never could understand. This one goes out to the garden hose boys from the (480).( Saguaro Cowboy Apache Junction, AZ)

Portraits

Cailey

One of my earlier portraits that I'm very grateful for...she helped me gain the confidence in taking close and personal portraits!
(Apache Junction, AZ)

Paul

Many mornings I have spent chatting with Paul at the dunkin donuts. A Vietnam veteran who enjoys saying good morning to each passerby and always feeding the birds. (San Tan Valley, AZ)

Trippyy

Trippyy the kid was the first photographer that actually gave me valid insights on shooting photography in the music industry.

Terror Reid

Terror Reid also known as Getter can be seen coming back on stage for an encore performance at The Nile in Mesa AZ.

Uncle Pete

Uncle Pete on occasion has me help with various contractor work. here he can be seen staring into the void.

Jayden

Little Jayden is my cousin Lucinda's baby boy and he is the most photogenic little guy i just had to capture his smile!

DAD

All we want to do in life is make our parents proud. My dad has taught me many lessons growing up and I'm thankful for the work ethic he has bestowed upon me.

Granpa Mike

Granpa Mike is not my granpa by blood but close enough he always is willing to wrench on a car if your under the hood. Misunderstood most often he ultimately is a funny guy!

Dro Kenji

I've been working with bro for a minute capturing live shows and candid moments along the way.

Mariah

This shoot was new territory for me as I hadn't shot boudoir esque photos prior to this. Mariah killed it!

Cami

Cami has an aesthetic that is undeniable and when I came across her I had to ask for the fit pic.

Derek

Derek is a childhood friend of mine who I grew up learning to play guitar with. He stuck with it while I ventured into other avenues.

About Me

I'm passionate when it comes to; Japanese automobiles, Firearms, Live music, nature, and anything in-between. I have always had a love for photography and in recent years gained an emphasis in film photography. I've been cultivating my eye along the way as I'm very detail oriented.
